Rental Terms (Summary)

This is a plain-language summary. Your signed rental agreement is the final document.

Rent and deposit

• AQS Fiona: ₹400 per month, refundable deposit ₹2,000.
• AQS Aero: ₹450 per month, refundable deposit ₹2,500.
• Deposit and first month's rent are paid at installation. Rent is then paid monthly in advance.

Minimum period and cancellation

• Minimum rental period: 3 months.
• After 3 months, cancel any time with 15 days' notice. If you cancel earlier, rent for the remaining minimum period is payable.

What's included

• Installation, filter and membrane replacement, periodic servicing and repairs from normal use.
• One free relocation per year within the same city.

Your responsibilities

• Provide a water connection and a power socket, and use the purifier as instructed.
• Do not open, move or repair the purifier yourself; call us instead.
• Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges without a stabiliser, or tampering may be charged at actual cost.

Deposit refund

We refund the full deposit within 7 working days of collecting the purifier, less any unpaid rent or damage charges.
