Samanis Blue Drop ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use https://bluedrop.co.in and how we use it, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Details you give us in our booking or contact forms: name, mobile number, city, pincode, chosen purifier and preferred installation date.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, phone or email.
• With your consent, website usage data through cookies (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel), such as pages viewed and buttons clicked. We do not send your name or phone number to these tools.

How we use it

• To contact you about your enquiry, install and service your purifier, and manage your rental.
• To send booking updates on WhatsApp, if you choose.
• To understand and improve our website and advertising, only if you accept cookies.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, email and spreadsheet tools, hosting), and only for the purposes above.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months, and customer records for as long as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to hello@bluedrop.co.in. You can change cookie choices by clearing your browser's site data.
